4 critical skills recommended by our experts
The need for human skills in a digitally-transformed workplace will be the new normal
Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, the way we work has changed. With the introduction of digital communications tools, automated technologies like chatbots, and new work configurations (remote and hybrid working), the need for new skills and skillsets has dramatically increased.
Despite the trend towards digitalization, soft skills will remain a critical asset well into the future. In 2020, “The Future of Jobs” World Economic Forum report noted that “critical thinking and analysis” and “problem solving” remained top of the agenda leading up to 2025, among the employers surveyed. Their findings also suggested that demand for other higher-level soft skills, such as active learning, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility, would increase.
So how can you equip your workforce with the skills they will need to stay competitive and high performance? In our newest e-Book, we lean on 4 internationally renowned experts (Amy Edmondson, Dr. Vince Molinaro, Matthieu Ricard, and Olivier Sibony) and CrossKnowledge Faculty members to help navigate all of the upcoming changes.
