With the shock of the pandemic, Learning & Development departments responded by offering their learners more online training courses. But many of these virtual classrooms can be more accurately described as training meetings, because they often lack the pedagogical structure and features that reinforce and enrich the learning experience. Face-to-face learning is a proven method that will never disappear, so this is the perfect moment to combine the best of both classroom and e-learning to create a new hybrid of Blended Learning called Live Distance Learning.
