A New Direction for Blended Learning

With the shock of the pandemic, Learning & Development departments responded by offering their learners more online training courses. But many of these virtual classrooms can be more accurately described as training meetings, because they often lack the pedagogical structure and features that reinforce and enrich the learning experience.
