Their Digital Learning Academy was the beginning of a cultural shift from the traditional classroom and paper-based learning to an interactive and self-directed learning journey that fulfilled the goal of providing their teams with a truly blended learning experience.

Launched along with My Learning App to the whole organization with flagship content, the Academy formed the basis for Molton Brown’s primary focus of developing fragrance expertise across the global business.
