How do you move from classroom, paper-based learning to interactive, self-directed mobile learning in just one year?
Molton Brown’s learners are largely retail employees, their new Digital Learning Academy was created alongside the My Learning App to provide the same high standard of learning to all, wherever whenever they needed it.
The Digital Learning Academy not only allowed Molton Brown to provide all employees with true blended learning but also became a measurable KPI in individual retail performance thanks to the reporting tools available within the platform.
The resulting project was awarded two Silver Brandon Hall Group awards in the categories of Best Use of Mobile Learning and Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation.
Join Molton Brown’s Global Customer Experience Manager, Jonathan Sheppard and Ali Khan, Senior Digital Learning Project Manager, CrossKnowledge as they discuss the challenges, successes, and learnings from this project.
The key takeaways from this webinar are:
• Where to start with creating a new learning strategy
• How to transition from classroom to digital learning
• The benefits of using the CrossKnowledge MyLearning App for retail staff
