Meet Milo. Milo is currently in Sales, but he is looking for a new challenge so he’s meeting with Alicia in the HR department. As a specialist in commercial profiles, Alicia will accompany the Hiring Manager, Carole, in the recruitment process. Carole is Manager of the Sales team and she’s looking for a candidate as part of her team’s expansion. During recruitment, she needs to be able to quickly assess the skills of each candidate and if they’re a good fit for her team.
