Founded in 1960, CARREFOUR operates 12,000 points of sale in nearly 40 countries and employs 360,000 people across more than 300 professions.

These traditionally stable roles at CARREFOUR must now evolve toward greater proficiency in digital skills. The challenge faced by the CARREFOUR L&D team was to drive and deploy this transformation rapidly and on a large scale.
